Description.

To supervise and undertake the provision of legal and board secretarial services in order to ensure compliance to the law

Responsibilities.

Supervise and undertake effectively capacity building for evidence collection and review of intention to prosecute documentation to facilitate prosecution.

Supervise and undertake effectively litigation of cases against the Agency to protect the interests of the Agency.

Undertake effectively the provision of legal advice to the Board and Management of the Agency to facilitate adherence to the law.

Undertake effectively the drafting and review of business contracts and other legal documents to safe guard the interest of the Agency.

Undertake the provision of secretariat services to the board to ensure smooth conduct of business.

Undertake effectively the review of draft regulations to ensure their quality and conformity to statutes.

Manage the implementation of performance management systems in the department to monitor and evaluate individual and departmental performance.
